Cayuga Developments was formed in 2016 to build both residential and commercial developments.
Cayuga are entrepreneurial in their approach to real estate opportunities. Our strategy is focused on mid to high-end residential markets in good South-East towns (£400 to £1,000 per sq. ft.) and undersupplied regional commercial markets where significant rental growth is forecast.
Most sites are brownfield opportunities acquired on a subject to planning basis and we have the skills to take on more complex mixed-use or residential conversion opportunities.
Target sites have a GDV range of £10m to £100m. We also consider short term unconditional and longer term strategic plays. We believe that we can find the best returns by operating at a scale which is above the local, low-margin, contractor- developer market, but below the thresholds for low-cost volume house builders.
All properties are build either in-house, using Natterjack Construction, or with one of our main-contractor partners. This allows us to control cost, timetable and quality.
