Cayuga have purchased the Montague Quarter shopping arcade in Worthing. The Centre has been under utilised and requires some long overdue TLC.

Cayuga are working with retail tenants to improve the arcade and the public thoroughfare.  We have been cleaning the arcade glass and improving the lighting so as to attract new tenants to the empty retail units.

In time Cayuga will be adding a much needed residential development to the upper floors.
